How do I make a return?
Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Do I have to pay the return shipping cost?
Unless your order arrived damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. You may pay for a shipping label yourself, or we can provide a prepaid label for you, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?
We offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. Please reach out to our customer service team before placing your order so we can calculate the cost and add the shipping option to the site for you during checkout.

Can you ship to a PO box?
No, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

What city/state is your store located?
We are an online-only retailer and do not have any physical retail locations. Our main office is located in Grand Rapids, MI.

Do you ship to other countries than the United States?
Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship outside of the United States.

Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
Currently, we are only able to ship to the continental United States and the District of Columbia.

Can I split my payment for my order between multiple credit cards?
While you can only use one credit card per order, you can redeem Yard & Home gift cards in conjunction with a credit card.

Can I pay with PayPal?
At this time, we only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards as valid forms of payment.

Will my credit card be charged at the time I place an order or when the order ships?
You will be charged as soon as the order is placed regardless if the item is on backorder.

Can I cancel my order after it is placed?
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to our customer service team. If the order hasn't shipped and can be cancelled, then we will process your refund.

Do you offer military or veteran discounts?
Unfortunately, not at this time.

Do you offer any contractor/bulk quantity discounts?
Please reach out to our customer service team to inquire about a quantity discount. 

Can you send me a quote for my project?
We do not send official quotes; however, we would be happy to help with any pricing questions.

Can you tell me exactly what materials I will need to order for my project?
We would be happy to provide a recommendation, but to guarantee the accuracy for your project, please consult a contractor or builder before placing your order.
