If you prefer to keep your holiday decor on the simple side, minimalist Christmas wreaths are perfect. Their pared-down beauty celebrates the season quietly (plus they're a lot easier to make than a full-sized wreath).
All you need is a simple metal ring or grapevine wreath and greenery. Use trimmings from shrubs and plants around your yard (or clip fake boughs you found in that box in the basement or at the thrift store). Mix in seed pods, berry sprigs, and perhaps an ornament or two for color and texture.
Attach your greenery with floral wire. Use glue or wire to affix the accents.
Here are a few examples to inspire you!
