If you have any issues with products you purchase from us, for any reason - even if you simply change your mind - please contact one of our friendly customer service team-members within 30 days of purchase so we can make it right.

To cancel or modify your order, please contact one of our customer service team-members. However, we cannot guarantee that your request will be granted due to our expedited order processing.

When Will I Receive Credit For My Return?

After your return has been received by our warehouse, you should see the credit on your card in 5-7 business days.

Damaged Products

Received a damaged product? As hard as we try to avoid this, we're human and it happens. Contact us right away so we can send a replacement.
