Fast, pretty deck lighting is yours with this Deckorators® glass solar post cap. The cut-out leaf pattern looks especially striking at night. The post cap would also look pretty cool installed on a few low posts along a garden path. It gives off a gentle, not-too-bright light.
This post cap fits over a standard 4x4 post. Interior dimensions are 3-5/8 in. x 3-5/8 in.
The rechargeable batteries will last about a year. Be sure to replace with rechargeable batteries only. The LED light bulbs should last about 10 years (that’s based on normal usage of 6-8 hours per day).
Attach post cap to post with exterior-grade construction adhesive. Allow batteries to fully charge in direct sunlight for 24-48 hours. Limited manufacturer warranty.
