This distinctive Deckorators® solar LED post cap has no visible solar collector&for clean energy and a clean look! Sunlight passes through the frosted lens to recharge the batteries. You don’t have to mess around with wiring—this is a fast, no-nonsense lighting project.
Inside dimensions: 3-5/8 in. x 3-5/8 in. Fits 3-1/2 in. x 3-1/2 in. posts.
The included rechargeable AA batteries will last about a year. Replace with rechargeable batteries only. The LED light bulbs should last about 10 years (that’s based on normal usage of 6-8 hours per day).
Attach to post with exterior-grade construction adhesive. Allow batteries to fully charge in direct sunlight for 24-48 hours.
