Product Overview

UFP-Edge Natural Rustic Shiplap has a rough feel. Surface distressing makes new, high-grade lumber look weathered without being 50-years-old weathered (say no to mold and bugs).

The natural, unfinished wood shiplap adds lovely rustic texture to walls and ceilings. Works with so many styles - modern farmhouse, rustic, casual, hygge.

With square rabbeted edges, boards overlap without gaps. Ends butt together. Exposed face is 4-5/8 inches. Kiln dried to minimize shrinking, swelling, and warping. Rough texture is on both sides.

We get sad about customers who buy this rustic shiplap and spend hours sanding it smooth. Boards are meant to be rough. They're ridged and might splinter a bit if you rub them really hard. If you want smooth, you should probably buy smooth boards.

DON'T USE THESE OUTDOORS: Nope, just don't. If you take your chances and do it anyway, you must use a wood protector sealant. Really.

Installation notes: For accent walls, boards can be installed horizontally or vertically on walls and ceilings. Not recommended for flooring or shelving. In bathrooms: Seal boards with waterproof sealer.
