Product Overview
Project-ready UFP-Edge Gray Rustic Shiplap looks and feels like the boards fell off an abandoned barn in northern Michigan. But without the mouse nibbles. Because they're new, high-grade lumber boards made to look like salvaged barn wood.
They'll look so great on an accent wall. Or ceiling. Or kitchen island…any place in your home you want to warm up with texture.
Boards have been machine-distressed, factory-primed and coated with low V.O.C. paint. Rabbeted edges let boards overlap without gaps. Exposed face is 4-5/8 inches. Ends butt together. Kiln dried to reduce warping, swelling, and shrinking. Boards have a rough texture on both sides and reversible.
READ THIS ABOUT COLOR: Color coverage varies from board to board, because of distressing and wood's natural characteristics. Wood grain and knots might show through on some boards. Paint may be worn in some spots, darker in others. If color consistency is important, we recommend buying at least 10% more boards than you think you need. Be perfectly imperfect.
DON'T USE THESE OUTSIDE: Nope, just don't. If you ignore us and install them outside anyway, you must use a wood protector sealant. Really.
Installation notes:
For accent walls, boards can be installed horizontally or vertically on walls and ceilings. Not recommended for flooring or shelving. In bathrooms: Seal boards with waterproof sealer. Square footage (in product specs) are based off exposed board face width
