The ceramic charcoal cooker's dome-shaped enameled body retains and radiates heat for consistent results. Raise or lower the temperature by adjusting the top and bottom vents. Temperature range is 230° - 698° F.
Manual ignition—Manufacturer recommends lump charcoal because it burns longer and produces less ash, which can restrict the airflow. You can also use aromatic woods. DO NOT USE LIGHTER FLUID.
Care: The grill is self cleaning. Don’t use water or any cleaning products inside. The porous walls will absorb the fluids which could cause damage.
