Hand wash when cool. Dry thoroughly and never store it wet, or it’ll rust.
Season before cooking: hand wash with warm, soapy water. Dry completely. Rub a thin layer of oil onto interior & exterior. Place upside down on top rack of oven heated to 400° F. Place a tray underneath to catch drips. Bake for an hour and let cool in oven.
